New musical based on Dylan’s songs
Tony Award-winning director and choreographer Twyla Tharp who formed Twyla Tharp Dance (TTD) in 1965 at the peak of Bob Dylan’s carreer now created a new musical entitled “The Times They Are A-Changin’”. Through Dylan’s songs she tells a story of generational conflict in a dream-world like, dark, and humorous setting.
The production can be seen on stage at “The Old Globe” theatre in San Diego, California from January 25 to March 19, 2006.
